Earth-based guided learning and exploration designed to support you as you learn to live into your authentic, whole, vibrant self. Our coaching program will be helpful for anyone seeking to integrate a life stage transition, shift of consciousness, or inner calling. This approach includes listening to one’s inner voice, to the natural world, and to Spirit. You’ll get individual, one-on-one support from a Rites of Passage mentor, who will provide support and guidance as you connect more deeply with who you are, live your life more fully, and share your transformation with the world around you. This service can be especially valuable for those completing a Wilderness Quest or other Rites of Passage nature-based program.
Areas of attention are based on the teachings of the Four Directions:
1. South: Taking Care of Yourself
Finding balance in a busy, complex world is an important and ongoing process. The South is all about taking care of your body and your well-being, finding time to nurture yourself, paying attention to the inner child. As you take on a new life stage and shed your old skin, it’s helpful to have support to leave old patterns behind.
2. West: Listening Within
Healing yourself, looking within for wisdom, listening to the voice of your soul: the West is about going inside to find your place in the world.
3. North: Finding and Giving Your Gifts
What gifts do you carry, and how can you give them to the people you love, to your community and to the world? These are the questions of the North. This is the place where one’s calling becomes one’s work.
4. East: Renewal in Spirit
Finding a connection to the larger Mystery, to the wholeness of the world, helps one see the big picture. This is the place of all spirituality. Listening to the wind [Ruach, Spirit], finding a way to give thanks for your life, finding your purpose in the Creation.
