Soul & Spirit Mentoring
This work provides earth-based guided learning and exploration designed to support you as you learn to live into your authentic, whole, vibrant self. It will be helpful for anyone seeking to integrate a life stage transition, shift of consciousness, or an inner calling. This approach includes listening to the inner voice of Soul, to the natural world, and to Spirit. You’ll work individually with a Rites of Passage mentor, who will provide support and guidance as you connect more deeply with your core, live your life more fully, and share your transformation with the world around you. This work will appeal to those who have done some nature-based soul work with Rites of Passage, such as a Wilderness Quest, but such experience is not required. One-hour sessions will include nature-based homework assignments, to explore and deepen connection to both inner and outer worlds.
Areas of attention are based on the teachings of the Four Directions:
1. South: Listening to Your Body
Finding balance in a busy, complex world is an important and ongoing process. The South is all about taking care of your body and your well-being, finding time to nurture yourself, paying attention to the inner child, making time to play. As you take on a new life stage and shed your old skin, it’s helpful to have support to leave old patterns behind.
2. West: Listening to Soul Within
Healing yourself, looking within for wisdom, listening to the voice of your soul: the West is about going inside to find your place in the world. Attention to dreams, intuitions, movements of the heart.
3. North: Finding and Giving Your Gifts
What gifts do you carry, and how can you give them to the people you love, to your community and to the world? These are the questions of the North. How to be a leader guided by one’s highest calling and deepest gifts?
4. East: Renewal in Spirit
Developing a connection to the Great Mystery, to the wholeness of the world, helps one see the big picture. This is the place of all spirituality. Listening to the wind [Ruach, Spirit], finding a way to give thanks for your life, finding your purpose in the Creation.
Mentoring Testimonial
Mike was really responsible and clear about what he could offer since the beginning, and I really appreciate that after some weeks and after understanding the place I live, the awarenesess and the circle of support, he gave me the chance to do the three nights and three days solo.
Even if he would have decided not to do it, I would agree with no hesitation.
Very carefully, and in a very sensitive and honest way, Mike gave me the confidence to share and talk about myself and my life. I really trust him, even not knowing him personally. I would be always be very grateful about this mentoring.
So happy that Nature talks invited Mike to share his wisdom and experience. So happy I joined that conversation, that gave me the chance to write to Mike and find out about Rites of passage.
